the Company is still in the midst of assessing and evaluating plans for acquisition of viable businesses or assets ("Proposal"). Any further development on the Proposal will be announced accordingly.
The Company has approximately two (2) months to submit the Proposal to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for approval.

Still got fund.. But dont wanna hold too many stocks at one time. Currently holding 3 stocks including SCGM. If too many, hard to monitor. (my own principle and personal experience la)

hmm another 5months++ waiting to know which business inject... Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 4 October 2023, granted the Company an extension of time of up to 1 March 2024 to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”).
