Not Serbadk but the risk is worth noting. Go to Q1FY24 report, notes A13 in page 13. Total assets 28.99M and goodwill on acquisition 79.45M. Smells like aggressive accounting.

其實沒有很難明白吧，公司短期內要做強做大要錢，跟銀行借是很正常的，只是沒有想到被人IDSS,可能這個就是有人暗算她，叫她開放IDSS,導致人家可以賣空，只要做她一次就倒了。這個是她沒有想到的地方。後面就沒有得救了。怎樣看都是個局。你看誰做主就知道這個局是誰設的。如果不是IDSS老闆不會出局的，不能賣空。
