Not yet, Andy. Waiting for total order book to go beyond 1.2b. It's slightly above 1.0b atm. After all, my first small batch is at 0.44; not in a rush to add.

The financial report is out and it is confirmed that the total order book is at 1.0b :) Ara Sentral phase 2 construction to commence in 4Q of 2024 and launch in 2Q of 2026 with RM500M; keeping the book orders busy for the next few years. Extracted from the report - With the strong economic backdrop, especially in the construction sectors, the Group Construction Division is unwavering in its commitment to the timely execution and completion of its strong order book of RM1.0 billion, of which RM736 million was secured in the 1H 2024.

Alright. Continue to keep an eye on infra projects. Sabah Sarawak received quite a big chunk of infra allocations. Phase 2 SSLR should be announced soon; two more work packages to be announced if not mistaken. TRC completed the phase 1 pan borneo highway wpc-05 back in end of 2022.

QR is around the corner. Will wait for the report to be out first. One of the volatile item that could influence the pbt/pat is the forex. As of end of 2023, most of the cash balance is parked in SGD compared to USD in 2022.
