想问，拿这个 reits 近期所派的股息0.05, 看到 0.03 是 taxable 而 0.018 是 non taxable 那么当股息派发时是直接收 0.018 吗？想了解实际情况

taxable的会直接扣了10%withholding tax ，然后剩余的会给股东
