not all properties are wholly owned by SUNREIT. For example..
Sunway Medical Centre Towers A & B. Sunway owns some shares in it as minority shareholder

my friend don't simply advise people la. 4 is realised profit, 3 is included unrealised, when last year selling of medical property with one time gain. so remove for unrealised, 4 will be better profit.

Furthermore, due to the Middle East war, it impacted the hotel income in Q1. I hope the Q2 result won't be bad. based on this few days price down, slightly worry.
