Reading through the prospectus, their business is really Capital Extensive, and their gearing ratio is increasing. As for now, well at least before the next GE, my suggestion is to avoid Building Materials stocks.
Bro, actually building materials stocks are making record profit ler. Check out AYS, Hiaptek, Engtex. Unitrade also record profit. The trend shld continue.. most commodity price still sibeh high.
I happened to listen in to Unitrade ipo briefing on Rakuten. Me no expert but can share some info i heard.
Jazz M: Mgmt commented on gearing during briefing. After listing gearing come down to 1x. For trading company .. 1x shld be ok la. Plus they also explain most borrowing is short term trade financing.
Building mat stocks now record high profit.. later after GE, construction stocks will do well.. by right building mat shld also do well.
Eric: if u understand wholesale/distribution/trading biz.. then allocating funds to working capital is also some form of expansion. In wholesale, U need more working cap to grow the biz. MD said will increase product range and also bring in new products using the working cap. As for borrowings, after repay .. they said will save RM1-2m interest.
Btw i only share what i heard ya .. dont scold me if u dont agree. Unitrade doing ipo roadshow now so u can also go listen yourself if u want. Open to public one.
Thanks for sharing bro, but by looking at the subscription rate, it's not convincing with enlarged share capital of 1.5b for Ace Market i think that's too much. those who successfully subscript I wish them good luck!
