hello sim family. be more serious to run a listed company. - to avoid being cursed to live.

read the latest quarterly results. performance mainly affected by impairment of receivables and inventories. not an easy business to be in. but hopefully after all the cleanup (impairment) .. mgmt will be stricter.. then results shld be better.

at current price.. i think all negative news priced in already.. 2025 shld be a better for unitrade ba..
to be fair, 2024 hasn't been kind to most building materials stocks, esp those related to steel.

Useless Sim family. Bad credit control. Same like the turn bankrupt listed company NCK bhd. Simply give credit to purchasers without proper credit control.

this counter is a worst performed company post-IPO. So bad is the management helmed by overseas graduate MD, Normis Sim.
