The key to sustainable profits for PHB lies on PRG as PRA is in the 3rd consecutive profitable years while PRG has just entered the 1st profitable fiscal year in FY2023. The data from AC for PRG is really interesting and looks really good.

AC ，我现在也在中国短期出差，只可惜我去的这带没有parkson可以考察，中国的这里各方各面都很进步，我真的很佩服在中国开公司的老总，在这么卷的环境都能生存。
以前我总是认为中国企业不行，但是当我和他们交流过后，才发现市场变化很大，他们考量的层面其实比我们想的非常广和深。
我也很喜欢这里，但是在这里的工作环境真的太卷了，我平常在马来西亚加班通常只到8，9点，但是在这里我和已经连续4天和同事加班到半夜，他们的工作效率惊人。

我在这里也有中国企业问我要不要过来，薪资比我在马来西亚高了4倍，而且还是在我行业里的全球第一，我甚至已经通过香港老总的面试了，不过最后我还是不敢去，工作压力太大了，不过钱是真的一定能赚到。

虽然我们行业不同，但是我也考虑过这些情况，你那里可要想清楚哦。

洋人公司的亏和中国公司的亏我都吃过，能够明白你说什么。
中国这里真的的work hard play hard，做起工来紧张和忙到跟狗一样，但是玩和吃的时候真的好令人大开眼界。

很喜欢这里开会时爱喝茶的文化，一边喝茶一边讨论事情，又有茶喝又有小饼干吃，讨论事情时比较有精神。
我去了好几公司，发现到广州这里年轻人开的公司不要搞你是老板和你是员工的那种阶级感，都是强调团队精神的，老板和员工可以打成一片。
这些文化值得学习。

哈哈，不过我也有不喜欢的地方，就是他们应酬要喝白酒喝到吐的那种。
另外大马人生活在多元族群的国家，做人做事会比较为别人着想一点，性格比较圆滑随意。
他们就稍微比较粗鲁一点点，所以比较容易起争执。

原来重庆这么强吗？

广州这里是世界工厂，很多工厂公司做出口，我可以感觉到大环境没以前这么好，增量变少了，大家就在竞争存量，结果就是内卷。

上次招我的那间公司，他们会说我会under在香港分公司那里，interview我的就是香港老总，所以我差一点也跑去香港上班了。

Han, Chong Qing already outperformed since end year 2022. Notwithstanding the pandemic, drought and power cuts in the second half of 2022, the annual GDP of the "Mountain City" (Chongqing) not only outperformed that of the "City of the Goat" (Guangzhou) by 29 billion RMB (roughly US$4.2 billion), its year-on-year growth was also 1.6 percentage points higher.

For Investment Purpose, Financial Statements analysis is only one of the activities, there are more than FS such as Macro and Micro Economy which I note that many of Malaysian Retail Investors tend to omit. I always tell my fellow followers, Investment in Stock Market can never be split from Looking at Econ. Indeed Econ is the driver for the market which shape the result of investee or companies you invest. I note lot of GURU who sold either lesson or Software is always overlooking the above non-financial information analysis

Retail market in China will be undergoing modification to adapt to new technological environment and use of AI in retail will be unavoidable and parkson will be one of the players in ensuring it captures market share on new era retail

last year AGM was a good one with lots of information; particularly the situation with Parkson Malaysia ops and China ops. And the start of the rally from the bottom last year coincide with the AGM and Q1'23 results. Fast forward, a new base built at 0.245; doubled from the base of 0.12. Looking forward to the AGM and PHB results. Thereafter, battle of buyers and sellers :)
