The land buy does not involve any right issue at all, pls read it thoroughly before comment.
Part of it is used for expansion. the rest is for property development in which the director Ng has experience in this field. who knows they might grow like Scientex

Just use google map to check the venue, I dont think is suitable for housing project as a bit outskirt area but close to Port Klang which is about 30 minutes drive. Also the port Klang export per container is cheaper compare to P.Gudang (some info I google (old data))

It is meant for industrial purpose. The director has experience in industrial development, i.e. factory. The area is close to port klang, which is good for this purpose. it is stated in the announcement

Yes location not suitable for housing, and they never mention will build industrial apart from the 80ac for their capacity expansion
