发30亿中期票据　云顶改变资金用途

（吉隆坡30日讯）云顶（GENTING，3182，主板消费股）宣布，发行面值为30亿令吉的无评级中期票据（MTN），以用于赎回子公司云顶RMTN此前所发行的中期票据。

云顶通过文告指出， 这个中期票据原先用作融资用途，以收购云顶大马（GENM，4715，主板消费股）的股权。

这批中期票据为期1年至5年，年利率为3个月的吉隆坡银行同业拆借利率（KLIBOR）加1.8%。
