whole world only this company after declared so call dividend or bonus at the end you lost money

this stock is very weird,past 5 years whatever contract awarded,the price will not jump.. someone do not want them to jump
All they care is the dividend, major shareholders can received more than 1million Rm in 1 quarter 3 months , 1 year can received 4 millions Rm
why they want to care about the share price..
