Hunang, this company is under MOF. They are in Reneuco because Reneuco acquired ASSB more than a year ago. They invested in ASSB last time but not Kpower.

请问要写什么报告？顶多下个星期一就是在Pn17 Monthly announcement说公司申请延期这样而已。Bursa也不一定马上就回复，可能一个星期，一个月或者两个月后才回复也说不定。

PN17剩下最后几天了，等下如果申请延期若通过了多数又会弹回上来，正常的现象。至于第二个宽限期就要看他们会做什么，很多公司都会在第二个宽限期开始有动作。第二宽限期通常都是半年到九个月。

不是，mustakim和amirul那个190.5m是一样的indirect interest，意思是他们那个holding是属于OHP ventures，不是他们的个人名义，简单来说那个股票是Ohp的不是他们的，他们的名字在内是因为他们都是Ohp的董事。而Ohp也就只有不到17%的股份。这样说你有比较明白吗?

Kai, Mustakim只拥有190.5m + 871.8k的股份，加起来并不到17%，Amirul那个股份是跟Mustakim一样的indirect interest under Ohp ventures名下，也就是那个190.5。
