派息其实就是从公司的累积盈利(retained earnings)里面拨款给股东
让他们realise他们的investment
所以盈利发出来了自然减少了公司的价值
但是长期会增加投资者的信心因为这间公司的盈利是有现金流的(不是一些呆账)。

追讨的数目对公司整体可能是毛毛雨，但是可以感觉管理层对烂帐的控制有越来越严格。
这个季度的ECL应该会更低，盈利会变高
