如果IL认为之前还债计划可行，户口冻结的case上诉成功的话应该会照着计划走毕竟是100%的还款计划而清盘的钱连一半的债务都还不了

其实早在8月11日的公告就有说了公司在appeal sanction应该是公司户口被冻结了就是有钱也拿不出来，只有散户不好好看公司的公告到最后才panic
