boss is the big winner.. can issue esos at much lower than market price then also can get big dividend... big win.. only greedy minority shareholders go to chase and buy at high price at RM2 after the " big dividend" new is out... don't forget... the share price will adjust down RM0.8 after you get the dividend... so actually earn nothing.. but bear the risk if company not perform well in future
