会继续跌下去，我的已经跌过我的本钱了，所以不能卖。酒店，商场退租率会增加，除了大牌还可以持续而已。就算继续，相信租金也会下滑，毕竟就算疫情好转了，也会一段时间大家不敢出门。除非他们有能力像中国一样严格控制和消毒。新的商家会进入，但也要等自己资金充足先，毕竟现在大家的钱包都是入不敷出。
