確實會影響。因為股票數量增加 就代表公司轉到的錢，利潤和股息 就會 dilute. 我們可以看到一點是 Axreit 都是用placement 來還債。然後再購買新的資產 來賺取更高的利潤。才有能力派發更高的股息

Wong 跟平常看到的 private placement 一樣的， 只是這次 proposed placement因為 之前已經通過 Agm approve 了。這次placement EPF 或 KWAP 各方有權利認購不超越 10％
