The way one off selling at 2.06 @ 140k+ volume around 4.30pm just now was sold by big hands to small hands. This looks more like 2 days technical rebound. Tomorrow most likely continue down.

@Andy Tan From ppl working in the Kpower. Many of them bought last year let go all their shares about a month ago. Management there knows when to buy and sell, and how much is left for the stakeholders to complete their distribute selling target. It's no secret within d company, unless management there purposely leaked fake news. But so far proven to be true since Jan when the rumours started there. Don't worry the stakeholders will accumulate back some shares at some point but not at the current price.

Buyer need to be patient. Now is still distribution selling by big holders. They still have quite some shares accumulated from last year + bonus shares + warrants to sell between now to RM1.30 and still making very good profit. Wait and monitor. It will slowly drop to 1.50. Can buy below 1.50 when the price goes sideway +-10% for more than 2 months. That is when selling by big holders stops and accumulation by them starts.

I heard distribution selling by big holders will stop around 1.50. They will sell and take profit until they left 20% from whatever they accumulated from last year. Then they will slowly buy back from 1.20-1.50 range, albeit to a much lesser extend than last year. Just wait and see if that is true.

Not sure until what price will big holders sell and distribute their holdings. From the price and volume action of last year until now I think big holders have sold about 60% of their buying from last year. Normally they will keep 20% before buy and push up again. So they still have 20% to sell and this last 20% will normally cause price to drop more than earlier distribution as lesser volume means lesser small players are there to catch their distribution. So I expect them to continue distributing to small players until 1.30 before started to buy again below that price. Before that can expect consolidation and some rebound around 1.60.

Big holders have started to distribute their holdings to small players 2 months ago. U can see from the chart starting from the top price, the price went down then push back up; then down again and up again but overall in downtrend. That is typical distribution phase. Consider the price and volume movement it is definitely distribution of shares by big holders, and not washing out small players. Big holders just wanna slowly let go of their shares and pocket their profit. They mostly bought from 0.20 to 0.90.

Don't catch fallen knife. Still high risk if buy at 1.70-1.90. Can wait and enter at 1.60 region when it really consolidates.

From the 5 years price and volume chart it looks like distribution of shares by big holders, instead of accumulation. These big holders actually have accumulated a lot at a range of 0.20 to 0.90 from early to end 2020. There are also other concerns like big amount of diluted shares + warrants, and whether the recent financial results is sustainable. Beware of share price going to 1.60-1.70 region before consolidating.
