MBSB’s loss is everyone lost since EPF is the largest shareholder.
Also, MBSB has very questionable valuation mechanism, I have seen many properties with market value of 400-500k, but mbsb gave out loan at 1mil, end up Lelong only recover 200-300k. Again, everyone indirectly foot the bill since is epf as the shareholder
Based on the vount count(vote for) from the recent AGM , the privatization can easily be approved by 90% of shareholders... the only issue remains is they want or not only..
