提问：主席和董事经理的薪水和花红，从2020年的234万令吉（12个月或每月19万5000令吉）增加到2021年的375万令吉（18个月，每个月20万8400令吉）的6%加薪，在以下的情况之下发生，有什么道理：

i）集团大受冠病大流行影响；

ii）外部审计师对公司是否能够营运下去表示重大不确定性；

iii）集团正实施成本合理化计划；和

iv）印尼商业法庭对百盛亚洲零售公司的子公司PT Tozy启动破产程序。前者是百盛集团的67.96%子公司，失去PTTozy的控制，将导致百盛完全退出印尼市场。

主席和董事经理在2021年的平均薪水和花红，也比2019年（大流行之前）的242万令吉（12个月，每个月20万1500令吉）高。
