I would deem the POSITIVE outcome of audit, improbable. However, even if u don't believe in technical analysis, fundamental analysis would suggest it is undervalued. I have full faith of KPMG on the alleged misconduct against Serba for not holding its own which ultimately makes our financial markets more trustworthy. With that being said, is Serba worth way below what it is marked at? Absolutely not. People would invest or sell according to market sentiment. At the end of the day, it has strong earnings and a well balanced use of equity and debt to fund operations. People would invest if they believe it will yield returns and conversely sell their position due to management issues.
