KESM's KES System and the equipment and process are already fully qualified and approved. KESM has been doing SLT for some years but now only scaling into the business and commercialised it .

Notably KESM is now expanding into high margins System Level Test, SLT, which integrates with the exiting Reliability Testing. Capital expenditure is pouring into it as evidenced from the Related Party transaction with the holding company Sunlight Ltd of which its fully owned subsidiary Kes System is a manufacturer of SLT testing equipment used by 8 of the top 10 IDMs, semiconductor manufacturers. KESM purcased softwares and equipment from KES Systems and has direct access to the technology.
