*selling price historical high
*usa demand still high
*production + 30%

butstate government cancel log export ban since 3/1/2022

*but preference for local. mills & log export capped at 20%

*low cost of production per m3
*high demand
*high selling price

operating profit from 2020 ( 11. 131m) turn around to 2021 +18.02m
due to impaired log advances of 1. 68m
