看回我之前的楼。分析过了它的行业, 跨足领域, 护城河, 强项, 和风险。。只要分析了, 做好决策和对策, 也没必要一直在问题绕圈圈。我一直都相信战略和效率是必要的。。

就像工作时, 很多公司喜欢开会, 报告日程, 琐碎小事, 开会就去了半天一天。这些都能读pdf和ppt, 基本不需要开会报告。其实公司开会 提出问题和不同方案, 才能有效率。毕竟这些 老板才能做主意

Receivables can be collected, or will be bad debt. Company already give 3 months notice to the 2 tenants, or will burnt the 2 month deposit. Haven't buy house for rental purpose yet?
