Pursuant to the Rights Issue, the exercise price of the Warrants has been revised from RM0.20 to RM0.10 and an additional 144,969,824 Warrants have been allotted and issued to the entitled Warrant holders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of Ta Win at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2021. The additional Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 9 June 2021 simultaneously with the Rights Shares.
