为了抵消原材料上涨和市场竞争的压力，HARTA 采取了以下主动措施：

上调平均售价 (ASP)：
HARTA 已计划从 2026 年 4 月起提高产品售价，以部分转嫁汇率变动和原料成本压力。
针对美国市场，由于美国对中国手套加征关税（2026 年预计升至 100%-130%），HARTA 拥有更高的溢价能力，计划通过“美国溢价”来扩大利润率。

生产设施集成与关停：
公司已完成 Bestari Jaya 老旧工厂的关停工作，将生产全部集中到更高效的 NGC (新一代综合手套制造中心)。
目前正在加速 NGC 1.5 (Plant 9) 的生产线投产，预计 2026 年 3 月底前完成全部调试，利用规模效应摊薄单位成本。

精简产品规格 (SKU Streamlining)：
为了提高生产线效率，HARTA 正在减少非核心的产品种类（SKU），避免频繁更换生产模具导致的停机损失，从而降低单位生产成本。

自动化与减员增效：
通过推行自动化和数字化，HARTA 的制造成本已降低超过 8%，员工总数缩减了约 16%（目前约 6,000 人），显著提升了劳动生产率。

The bank said that MN Holdings' latest contract win has pushed its order book to reach a record level of RM1.3 billion, bringing its total contract wins for this year to RM745 million.

With RM464 million already secured, the firm expects a further RM140 million worth of contracts to be awarded over the near term.
