其实你了解non controlling interest是什么吗？那是公司只有NSK Grocer的51%股份，虽然子公司的业绩会纳入公司的报告，但是盈利不是100%属于公司的，所以子公司盈利的49%就会写在non controlling interet，表示不属于本公司的盈利

这个季度plastic的减值和一次性开销比起上个季度多了差不多1.3m左右，如果把这数目加回去，这季度的盈利基本和上季度持平

基本上可以这样理解，Grocer的盈利只有51%，其他的盈利和亏损都是100%公司承担。上个季度的plastic没有那么多减值开销

你误解了，公司不是转行生产汽车，而是用现有的机器和技术生产汽车零件。去年AGM已经说明了，在和客户商议中，计划生产汽车steering的零件。需要得到欧洲的验证才能正式生产，原本计划去年得到的license因为covid而延误了，预计今年中才能拿到
