希望是发展为工业用途吧，因为annoucement里有看到是mixed development。如果拿来做residential地点应该不是那么适合吧。所以这方面就有点担心。

不过里面有说到老板是在property development方面是有经验的, 是klanggroup的managing director。看了看网站，已经起好project的都是industrial居多。
