还是那句话，买 REIT 看短期的话，被一个租客影响而抹杀了其他几十个好租客，就没有那个意思了。反而割肉离场是个好事。

投资见仁见智，若是长期投资者，也看到 REIT 的投资地带和租客（厂，warehouse) 的价值，可在市场恐慌时加仓，才可赚股息的同时也可赚差价。

之前增加 investment 有 fair value adjustment,才有盈利暴增的现象。

现在已经没有积极扩大，而是选择把现有的产业做好，而且现在升息。其实是个好事。

Bimb 和 takaful demerger 后，感觉上好像没有什么打算去拉高公司的业绩。本来还想说可能未来可以收购其他的保险公司，过后发现syariah compliant 的不可以收购 conventional insurance company.
