不是， 2026、之前reit 股息只中10%withholding tax, 直接在股息那边扣了，2026开始直接跟你的personal tax rate 没有了10%WHT. 比如100块股息，2025你收到90块但是在2026你会收到100块不过你报income tax时要当作你income的一部分
