Btw, management, performance fees are very high at 3.7 mil. I can't quite understand how they justify such high fees. Earnings would be better if not for this massive expense.

It seems like they weren't genuinely interested in closing this deal quickly. RM11 offer was weak. No amount of cajoling/pestering from IBs is going to convince the holdouts otherwise.

Simple math says 16% of the shareholders believe the offer is low. Otherwise the acceptance rate would have been higher - even more than 90%.
