starting from YA2026, there will no more deduction of withholding tax 10% for the tax residents other than company (eg: individual)? And instead, it will be replaced with direct adding into the aggregate income (S4(b) Salary income, S4(c) Property Rental Income) to calculate personal income tax?????

Agreed, me too. I did rather it to use the disposal proceed to repay high interest loan to lower down gearing.
