去年多给了一个18分的special dividend, 让它的dividend yield 变得很高。扣除掉18分的special dividend, 它其实去年只给12分。预测今年给13分左右的话。。。之前3.20买进的人其实只能拿到4%左右的dividend yield 。要跌到2.60才有5%，跌到2.15买入才有6%。
