吉隆坡(5月15日):现金短缺的KNM

Group Bhd (KL:KNM)表示,其外部 审计师KPMG PLT已对该集团截至2023 年12月31日止18个月期间的经审计财务 报表发表了免责声明,原因是审计证据 不足。

该集团周三向大马交易所提交文件称, 毕马威强调,存在重大不确定性,可能 会对 KNM 持续经营的能力产生重大疑 问。

无法发表意见的依据涉及KNM截至2023 年12月31日止期间的净亏损4亿2083万 令吉,以及该集团的流动负债超过流动 资产11亿6000万令吉的事实。

审计师还指出,KNM自2022年11月1日 起被归类为实践注释17 (PN17)公司, 并且未能在2024年4月30日截止日期之前 向相关监管机构提交其重组计划以获得 批准。尽管如此,KNM已向大马交易所 提交申请,要求进一步延期12个月,以 提交其正规化计划。
