Senuri Residence is Inta's first own Property project (GDV RM 204mil, have 60m unbilled yet ) , target to deliver to customer in Q2 2026 which shall be on issue based on current progress , and they just acquired another land recently , plan to launch the second apartment project in end 2025 or early 2026 ...
The first properties project Senuri Residence already completed the building structure and under renovation phase now , hope to see the details of their second project soon .. this is important to the company as it helps to improve their margins ..
