Useless shares and unreasonable & unfair offer of 1.30. I mentioned before SC should have set some rules to protect minority share holders. Offer price must follow NTA or last 5 trading days average which ever is HIGHER!! Wake up SC!!
Dividend policy is btw 20 to 50%, DVD pay out rate is always at the minimum; 2023(15%), 2024(22.6%), EPS is 50+ sen. Very healthy earning per share but dvd is too low, being kept at minimum level!! Wonder when the DVD will hit an average of 35%??
MHC's palm tree age profile is terrible!! Past Prime incresed by 13% from 28% in 2023 to 41% in 2024! and that of Prime tree reduced by 10% within 1 year. That could be the good questions to ask during AGM in 23/May!!
