The land and infra for data center is still in place in their southville township, and I heard Mah Sing can easily find another DC partner coz the demand for DC is still very strong. I heard that they got already quite a few parties talking to them for the DC component

I think companies can avoid the export restrictions by following rules set by the US. I believe Mah Sing counter shouldn't be affected.
