Been holding this counter for a while, and honestly, what keeps me here is the visibility. The company has work lined up for years, not just locally but in places like the Philippines and India. Results may not “explode”, but the business is very consistent, consultancy earnings don’t jump overnight, they flow in stage by stage. For me, as long as they keep executing and replenishing the orderbook, I am okay to ride through the noise..
Actually all malls have tenancy expiry, mayb they already found a new and better tenant to replace n the tenant is under renovation?? We never knew rite… I think is normal to buy even b4 100% tenanted la… just sharing with everyone this is the business nature as I know ..
this company is very prudent in managing funds and currently in a net cash position.. their dividends payout has been good with year to date payout of 8 cents. Excited to receive higher dividend this quarter!
