Personally, I feel these are two different topics that cannot be compared at the same level. Most commercial DCs supply 10Gb optical cables, whereas YTL's AI DC supports up to 500Gb bandwidth. This setup is cost-prohibitive for companies with revenue below 10 billion due to the utilities and infrastructure expenses. This is essentially a DC war focused on quality service and cheaper utilities, with high entry barriers.
