Two major shareholders of Rexit Bhd (KL:REXIT) were sentenced to jail in a Singaporean court for participating in a conspiracy to illegally obtain data of over 9,000 people.
According to a report by The Straits Times, Datuk Seow Gim Shen and Kong Chien Hoi had pleaded guilty to one charge each of conspiring with Chinese national Sun Jiao to have the personal information of 9,369 unknown individuals supplied to them for gambling operations.
Here u go….this news came out a week ago but u all as shareholders not even aware of it…in fact even said I spread rumors.
No surprise the share price now only fall. In fact Rexit management should have made an announcement to clarify that the charges only involve the chairman and not rexit.
Clearly Rexit is trying to hide this until now…bursa query since the edge featured the story
According to the edge weekly and CNA, rexit’s chairman has been charged in Singapore for selling personal data. I’m assuming that is why he resigned? Hence the announcement made today but they are not honest enough to highlight the charges on the chairman. So those who wonder why suddenly they made this announcement, now u know.
I been talking about this but some people said i spread rumors. Just because I read papers and some don’t, and I’m the one spread rumors ha..ha…ha…

Those who think I spread rumor. Read it and judge yourself. Another guy in denial can even say just same name. FYI, Kong Chien Hoi was also charged and he is substantial holder of Rexit. He is under Metaco Holdings who acquired Rexit.
Maybe just coincidence ‘same name’ again hor?
