（吉隆坡18日讯）绿盛世（ECOWLD，8206，主板产业股）、SD牙直利（SDG，5285，主板种植股）和森美兰机构（代表森美兰州政府）宣布，将联合发展武吉不兰律（Bukit Pelandok）的工业园，潜在总发展价值为29亿5000万令吉。

根据三方发布的联合文告，这座占地1166英亩的工业园，坐落于宏愿谷2.0（MVV2.0）经济走廊，并将成为推动森美兰永续发展的关键项目。

创造高价值就业　推进州经济增长

文告表示，该工业园项目旨在吸引本地和外国投资，创造高价值就业机会，并推动该州的经济增长议程。宏愿谷2.0于2018年12月启动，总面积达37万9087英亩，覆盖芙蓉和波德申区，与大吉隆坡的发展相辅。

Maybank latest target price is 1.96..

Although EPS not high, but this stock willing to give reasonable dividend which relatively higher in property industry, tgt with lower debt ratio and many valuable lands held, these attracts more value investor.
