Banks shouldn’t rely on ctos report, they should just take ctos report as reference only. Own opinion why banks reject her loan, ctos showing business woman did not pay her bills, if she did not pay her bill telco company will just bared her line, what to do with her loan approval? Just feeling bankers want easy job everything just see ctos report, before ctos company came out, banks have to make their own analysis on can the borrowers pay their loan base on their income and history of credit card payment. Why reject her loan if she did pay her banks loan / credit card?
