I think KIPREIT's market cap has increased considerably to ~702m jumps from the previous ~550m while maintaining a dividend yield of ~7%, average book value per share is at 0.83x

大部分买reit的就是放着收息，有低就累计，很少像你这样进进出出，要进进出出其实别的counter更适合你

Actually all malls have tenancy expiry, mayb they already found a new and better tenant to replace n the tenant is under renovation?? We never knew rite… I think is normal to buy even b4 100% tenanted la… just sharing with everyone this is the business nature as I know ..
