公司给的递延盈利，会在下个季度补回来的说法是成立的。因为Budget 2025在2024年10月公布，公布了2025年1月1日后的房屋买卖合同的贷款利息才可以扣个人所得税，所以正碰上这个季度的时间点。

正碰上市场大回调，可以看看有没有机会收更多这种一年派4次股息且盈利稳定的公司的股票。

When you bought the shares? It should be 2 shares get 1 bonus share. If you got 100 shares, you will entitle 50 shares as bonus. Which eventually your CDS statement should have 150 shares. However, if your shares are bought after 24 Feb, then sorry to inform, you are not entitle to the bonus issue.

so is it the total shar become more in the market ? increase by 50%.

doesn't this dilute future Eps? and potentially dividend per share dilution unless they increase the payout ratio?
