Any sifus out there can explain the company’s accounting to me? Numbers taken from the quarterly report

Unbilled sales 2Q25 (797mil) vs unbilled sales 1Q25 (944mil), decrease of 147mil

New Sales 2Q25 = 1H25 (354.7mil) - 1Q25 (147.5mil) = 207.5mil

With new sales 2Q25 (207.5mil) > revenue recorded 2Q25 (124.1mil), shouldn’t the unbilled sales go up instead of go down?
