REIT（产托）是我很喜欢的一类投资。

只要产托将90%以上的应税收入分派给投资者，一般就可享有税务豁免，把更多现金回馈给股东。

以我目前持有的产托为例，股息率约 8.3%。即使按我个人 26% 的税率计算，税后仍约有 6.4% 的股息收益。

对我来说，6.4% 的税后现金回报，加上长期稳定派息，已经很有吸引力。

I will still buy reit whenever the nice price comes.

Why? Because of the dividend. For those who sell, and maybe want self become landlord outside, will have more work to do.
