换了症腐还是一样垃圾，什么中庸平等是讲给华社听的，跟土著是讲特权的！什么吸引外资？？这种拐杖政策还想吸引人来？？？

可以啊，规定他们不能卖就行了，或是当公司土著持股低于25%时就不让他们卖出。

不然每次股一到手就卖出，公司的土著持股比例只会下降，设了那么多规定也没意义。
