与主板相同 传创业板IPO公众配股50%配土著

（吉隆坡26日讯）据传，有关当局正探讨强制寻求在创业板（ACE）展开首次公开售股（IPO）的新上市公司，将公众配股的一半分配给土著投资者。

财经周报《The Edge》引述匿名知情人士报道称，若上述条例落实，将意味着创业板IPO公司必须遵照与主板新上市公司相同的土著配股比例。

可以啊，规定他们不能卖就行了，或是当公司土著持股低于25%时就不让他们卖出。

不然每次股一到手就卖出，公司的土著持股比例只会下降，设了那么多规定也没意义。
