there are a few headwinds for genm which is both positive and negative to its earnings. (1) the increase of taxes will lower its margin (2) the acquisition of equanimity aka tranquility of usd 126 mil which will affect its cash flow (3) possible reversal of impairment losses in 2018 from the promissory notes by the mashpee wampanoag for proposal of casino. the law/Bill for the tribe's reservation as trust land has been approved, but casino plan is still debatable.

based on its fcf of 757 mil achieved in 2018, the lower end of its value imo is at $2.43. these are just my opinions and maybe wrong. hope it helps with your research.
