need to wait for the next grow for sunreit. I think not so soon can back to this level. target 2027 or 2028 will be better after the Sunway pier and any new acquisition like sunway velocity.
REIT no more attractive after tax charge based on individual tax brackets. I just hold stock on hand and won't add in anymore even after the dividend payout. this is the main reason it won't attract more new investors, unless the dividend payout further increases or waits until the next cycle for sunreit to grow again.
Furthermore, due to the Middle East war, it impacted the hotel income in Q1. I hope the Q2 result won't be bad. based on this few days price down, slightly worry.
